volunteer at our school, please contact us at Upcoming events: March is Nutrition Month - We have some handouts available on this web site for parents to assist in making good nutrition choices for their families. Nutrition Handouts - Eating Well / Active Living Friday - March 26 - Go Blue for Arthritis - Students are encouraged to wear as much blue as they want and if they can to make a $1.00 donation to help fund research for juvenile arthritis. Community Cafe - There will be a community cafe for the schools in Quispamsis on April 20th at KVHS. The next school based cafe will be on May 10 and will provide an opportunity to find out more about technology and how it impacts your child at school and home. Community CAFE Information handouts - Information from Feb. 10, 2010 Anxiety - Strategies - Things that upset children Cribbage Club - Fridays at noon - Our top players will be starting their school championship tournament. Good luck to all participants. Anderson MacDonald is the defending champion. Drama Club - The cast has been selected for the play The Wizard of Oz. Thank you to everyone who expressed interest in this extra-curricular activity. Thank you to the staff members who are giving their noon time on Tuesdays and Thursdays to support this event. School Mural - Thank you to Mrs. Snowden for her help in getting our school mural up on the wall of the hall in the area by the gym. We have had over two hundred students receive their "Thumbs Up" sticker, have had their name and accomplishment recorded in the pride book in the office, and their photo taken for a display in the hall by the kitchen.
